Dr. Spenser Pleta, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Spenser Pleta joined Hearing AuD in January 2024 as a clinical audiologist. She earned her Doctorate of Audiology at West Virginia University (Let’s go Mountaineers!) and Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from California University of Pennsylvania. She is currently board certified through the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA).
Dr. Pleta’s past professional experience has involved working in various Ear Nose and Throat clinics, where she has provided care for patients of all ages. Working in the ENT setting has given her the opportunity to help others manage their hearing loss, tinnitus, and vestibular conditions. She also has experience working with several leading hearing aid manufacturers in order to help patients and their families become knowledgeable about treating their hearing impairment.
Dr. Pleta currently resides in the South Hills of Pittsburgh with her husband, Luke and her daughter, Georgia. She loves the city of Pittsburgh and her favorite place to travel to is the beautiful Charleston, SC.
